We offer return labels that will be deducted from the Issued store credit when your return has been processed. We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. and Canada orders + no restocking fees!
You have 10 days from the date you received the item to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping.
Store credit expires 6 months after being issued. Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package.
CONDITIONS: All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached and in original condition or will be subject to denial. ALL conditions must be met in order to process a return. Swimwear with a protective adhesive strip must be returned in its original form with the protective strip fully attached.
FINAL SALE and STYLE STEAL items that were purchased at 35% or greater are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card instantly after your return has been accepted by OUR BOUTIQUE. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to care for our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!
HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
If you'd like to order a different size please send back the merchandise to the above listed address. You'll receive a store credit via email once your return has been received. You may use this store credit to order the correct size. We do not do the exchange for you to ensure the correct wants and needs are at your discretion.
